Warranty & return policy:
*We provide 12 months warranty for all products except accessories;please notify our customer service team within 5 days after received;
*All items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, in order;
*Artificial damages(screen dropped or broken,scrathes etc) is out of warranty,customers need to pay freight and new parts changed's cost if need maintenance;
*The shipping and handling charge is not refundable. Customer should be responsible
*for all the charges of returning and reshipping. Our sales- team will work with you to solve any problems.

A: We are more than happy to send you sample for evaluation. It is very simple and easy.
We will charge a fees for both sample and shipping to your country. All the fees will be deducted from the final order if you place a big order from our company after evaluation.
